Monica Rodriguez started Gourmet Experience BCN to share her love of the city and her passion for cooking. After taking many classes, including the premier gourmet course at Hoffman, Monica, a teacher and a speech therapist, found the perfect fusion for all of her passions. Each class is designed to entice the gourmet lover’s exquisite palate, while having fun, relaxing, and making new friends. Classes are taught in both Spanish and English so you can learn to cook wonderful food while learning a new language. There are classes for all ages.

Master Mosaics Mosaiccos offers classes on making mosaics in the style of Antonio Gaudí. They teach all of the necessary skills to master the “El Trencadis” technique, which was developed by Antoni Gaudí and Josep María Jujol, and familiarize students with other mosaic techniques.
