POW! BOX BCN kickboxing workouts use pad work and boxing combinations to lose body fat, improve confidence, and train with a group. The wide variety of POW! HIIT workout exercises range from body weight and animal flow, to kettlebells and TRX suspension training. Each POW! HIIT class is designed to provide a challenging and interesting workout, while also teaching you new skills in a fun and changing environment.

If you’re ready to roll with the punches, POW! BOX offers you a free week 4 sessions to see if it’s a good fit. Once you are ready to commit, they offer monthly and trimonthly packages.
